In accordance with article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002 on information society services and electronic commerce (LSSI-CE):

Purpose

This website presents and gives information about JukeWorld Radio, an app for Android, Android Auto and Wear OS. The app is sold on Google Play for a one-time payment, with no accounts, no advertising, no subscriptions and no in-app purchases.

Purchase

The app is bought on Google Play. Google processes the payment, applies the taxes of your country and handles refunds under the Google Play terms and its refund policy; we never receive your payment details. The price is shown on Google Play before you buy.

Cookies

This website does not use cookies of any kind: no technical, analytics or advertising cookies. It does not use local storage to follow you, analytics, pixels or social media buttons, and it does not load resources from other servers (fonts and images are served from this same site). The live radio demo only connects to Radio Browser and to the radio station when you tap the disc; this website does not control those third-party servers. That is why no cookie banner is shown, in line with article 22.2 of the LSSI-CE and the Spanish Data Protection Agency's cookie guidelines.

Privacy

Neither the app nor this website collects personal data. All the details are in the privacy policy.

Intellectual and industrial property

The name, logo, texts, design and code of the app and of this website belong to Juan Antonio Gestal Romaní. The app's code is released under the MIT license. Screenshots show third-party content: station names (owned by their broadcasters), data from Radio Browser, Wikipedia/Wikidata texts (CC BY-SA) and maps © OpenStreetMap contributors (ODbL). The Bungee typeface is used under the SIL Open Font License 1.1. Google Play, Android, Android Auto and Wear OS are trademarks of Google LLC.

Liability

Radio stations are run by third parties: we do not control their content, availability or the advertising they broadcast. Links to third-party sites are provided for information only and do not imply any relationship with them or responsibility for their content.

Applicable law

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. Unless consumer protection rules provide otherwise, any dispute will be heard by the courts of the user's place of residence.
